DAY1 ARRIVE IN LUANG PRABANG

On this day, our guide and driver will pick you up at Luang Prabang – a charming city that is well-known as one of the most important commercial hubs in Laos. 

Then, you will move to your hotel for checking-in and relaxing. The rest of the day is free for you to explore the city. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY2 LUANG PRABANG SIGHTSEEING – KUANGSI WATERFALLS (B)

Start your today trip to Vat Xieng Thong (also called Temple of the Royal City). Built-in 1559 under King Setthathirath’s dynasty, this is not only one of the largest temples in Luang Prabang but also a famous iconic temple of Lao. 

After that, head to Wat Visoun – the oldest Buddhist temple in Luang Prabang and now is served as the city’s Museum of Religious Arts before stopping by Wat Mai, another stunning temple situated near Royal Palace. 

Then, you will visit the Kuang Sy bear secured center and the beautiful Kuang Sy Waterfall to admire the spectacular view of the waterfall, swim or take some nice photos before returning to your hotel. 

The rest of the day is free at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY3 LUANG PRABANG – PAK OU CAVE (B,L) – JOINT TOUR

Today, you will have a tuk-tuk ride to the jetty to enjoy a shared cruise (on the Nava Mekong Cruise) to explore the majestic Mekong River. 

After 2 hours cruising upstream, you will reach the Pak Ou Caves. This sacred place is one of the highlights of Luang Prabang, where you will have an opportunity to see hundreds of ancient Buddha statues dating back for centuries. 

Then, enjoy your lunch on board before heading back to the jetty and your hotel in Luang Prabang. Dinner on your own. Overnight at your hotel.

DAY4 LUANG PRABANG – HANOI (B)

Enjoy your leisure morning at the hotel before you are picked up and transferred without a guide to the airport for your flight to Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam. When you arrive at Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will pick you up then move to the hotel for checking-in and relax. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY5 HANOI SIGHTSEEING (B)

After breakfast, you will take part in an exciting Hanoi city tour with the most popular attractions, including Ho Chi Minh Complex, One-Pillar Pagoda and Temple of Literature. 

In the afternoon, continue your trip to the Vietnamese Ethnology Museum to understand more about this country’s history. Your tour ends with a fascinating traditional water puppet show.  Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY6 HANOI – HALONG BAY (B/L/D)

This morning, you will head to Halong Bay – the precious gem in northern area as well as one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Vietnam.  

Upon arrival at the harbor, you will embark on a luxury overnight cruise to discover the stunning Halong Bay. Here, you will have a great opportunity to relish delicious local or Asian dishes, relax while admiring the spectacular view of the bay or have fun with other interesting activities on and off-shore. Overnight on the ship in Halong Bay. 

Note: Since you will stay only one night on the ship, packing simple and light stuff with you is highly recommended. After the trip to Halong Bay, you will return to the same accommodation in Hanoi and your whole luggage can be stored safely there.

DAY 7 HALONG BAY – HANOI – DANANG – HOIAN (B/L)

On this day, you can enjoy some Taichi exercises before having your breakfast. Then, have some relaxation and immerse yourself in the outstanding setting of the bay. Brunch is served on board. After that, you will disembark the cruise and transfer to Hanoi Airport to take the flight to Danang, your next must-visit city in Vietnam.

When arriving at the city of Da Nang, you will be warmly welcomed by our local guide and driver then transferred to your hotel in Hoian for checking in and relaxing. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the resort.

DAY8 HOIAN SURROUNDING – HOIAN TOWN (B/L)

On this day, you will take part in an exciting bike tour to Tra Que organic village, where they grow many types of herb that you can only find in Vietnam. Then, continue to Cam Thanh, a famous village with unique products made from bamboo. 

After that, relish your lunch with a local family and get unforgettable experiences on the local fishing basket boat, followed by your ride back to Hoian ancient town.

Have some rest before joining a walking tour around this charming town. You will a great opportunity to visit the town’s hot spots such as the hundred- year – old Japanese Bridge, the Phuc Kien Hall, and the local fish market.  Afterward, transfer back to your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 9 HOIAN – HUE (B)

DAY 10 HUE (B)

Today, you will have a chance to join an interesting cyclo tour to the renowned Hue Imperial Citadel. This is one of Vietnam’s seven UNESCO World Heritage Sites, an extensive fortress built-in 1803 under the reign of the Nguyen Dynasty.

After that, enjoy a boat ride along the well-known Perfume River to Thien Mu pagoda before returning to the city center to visit Tu Duc Mausoleum – the largest tomb for the emperor in Vietnam as well as stop by Tu Hieu Pagoda to pray for luck. Afterward, head back to your hotel. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 11 HUE – HO CHI MINH CITY – CITY TOUR (B)

Enjoy your leisure morning at the hotel before you are picked up and transferred without a guide to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh, the biggest city in Vietnam.

When you arrive at the Tan Son Nhat Airport, our guide and driver will pick you up then move to the hotel for checking-in. After that, join a tour in Ho Chi Minh City to explore its historic monuments such as the Post Office, the Notre Dame Cathedral, Dong Khoi Street, the Chinese District of Cho Lon, Binh Tay Market and Thien Hau pagoda. DAY 12 MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH CITY – DEPARTURE (B/L)

After breakfast at the hotel, it’s time for you to explore the well-known Mekong Delta. You will be transferred to Ben Tre for a boat ride along the Chat Say River. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to enjoy the amazing scenes of the surrounding area before visiting brickwork to learn how they make bricks in the traditional way. 

Then, visit some traditional workshops to see the rice paper, coconut candy and sleep mats making process. After that, take a Xe Loi (local transportation) or join a cycling tour to stroll around the villages, followed by your hearty lunch with local dishes.

After that, head back to Ho Chi Minh City to have some rest. Then, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure flight. Meals on your own. End of tour!
