During three days of the show, over 460 exhibitors present the industry’s latest products, services and technologies across 15,740 square meters at SECC.
Business participants come from many countries and territories, including Australia, Egypt, France, Japan, the United Kingdom and the U.S. In addition, there are nine pavilions for manufacturers and service providers of China, Malaysia, Singapore, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Germany, Taiwan and Thailand.
“The local automotive industry is in the position to jump into a new era, where electric vehicle development, digitalization, automotive manufacturing and automation are creating many opportunities in the supply chain,” said Fiona Chiew, general manager of Messe Frankfurt, the organizer of the event.
The exhibition will enhance international trade and exchange, facilitating both technological advancement and business development in the country.
Chiew said, “We have designed a show that speaks to both businesspeople and consumers”.
A range of events will be held as part of the expo, such as the Automotive Manufacturing, Transformation and Automation Conference and the Digitalization and Electrification Business Networking Event.
In addition, a workshop for auto service and maintenance and an outdoor festival named “AutoFest@HCMC” will also be included during the Automechanika HCMC this year.
