HCMC – French Ambassador to Vietnam Olivier Brochet expressed optimism about strengthening Vietnam-France relations, particularly in legal cooperation.

Speaking at a symposium on the legal framework of real estate on October 19 in HCMC, Brochet praised the cooperation between Vietnam and France in legal matters.

The French embassy in Hanoi and the French consulate general in HCMC plan to continue conducting legal cooperation activities between the two countries at various levels, with events scheduled in Hanoi and HCMC.

The conference on the legal framework of real estate was conducted to commemorate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and France. Over 130 people attended the event, including authorities, specialists, and business executives.

The event included three panel discussions that compared the legislative frameworks of Vietnam and France in real estate, with the goal of creating a favorable environment for businesses, investors, and individuals from both countries.
