Grand Mercure Danang has launched a food program highlighting Vietnamese cuisine to treat tourists who travel to Danang City for holiday and international cultural events.

The hotel’s Veranda Vietnamese restaurant offers a culinary journey to discover Vietnamese cuisine with exquisite traditional dishes from three regions.

A culinary journey through Vietnam presenting regional delicacies and favorite dishes prepared by the restaurant’s kitchen team and executive chef Thach.

The menu represents Chef Thach’s discoveries on his personal journeys and combines his unique and personable interpretation. His passion for Vietnamese food and his international artistic flair create a fusion-style menu whilst honoring the cultural recipe.

For the menu “Hello Vietnam,” guests will experience a diverse range of ingredients and cooking styles, from grilled chicken, beef, and pork skewers to crispy spring rolls, fried shrimp with flat rice, grilled beef wrapped in betel leaves, pomelo and mango salad, and Hoi An layer cake. The menu is priced at VND288,000 per person, with a 10% discount for members.

For Your Choice Set Menu, guests will pay VND358,000 to choose four courses for their menu.
